Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
At Echo's Secret Shop, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following shipping guidelines:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-5 business days. Some items may require additional processing time due to availability, high demand, or seasonal factors.
- Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions).
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international locations.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable). Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.
- Separate Packages: Some orders may be split into multiple packages in order to avoid damage during transport. When this happens, your order should contain two or more shipping labels for tracking. If you believe an item is missing or there’s an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us through our Contact Us form so we can assist you.
2. Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any available promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
3. International Shipping & Customs
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.
- Echo's Secret Shop is not liable for any delays due to customs processing.
- If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
- If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before contacting us.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Echo's Secret is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist in filing a claim.
- For lost or stolen packages, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
6. Fees (Including Tariff Considerations)
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and shipping destination.
- Due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs, certain international shipments may incur additional fees upon arrival. If applicable, these fees are initially the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. However, customers who provide a valid receipt for the customs fee may contact us for reimbursement of up to 10% of the final cost of their order, excluding any customs fees paid.
- We encourage U.S. customers to review current tariff policies when ordering internationally to avoid unexpected fees.
