Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

At Echo's Secret Shop, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note the following shipping guidelines:

Note: To help protect your order, we may rearrange items, flatten product boxes, etc. This ensures your items are well-packaged, and helps avoid damage to both the product and the product display box when applicable.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Some items may require additional processing time due to availability, high demand, or seasonal factors.

Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, most packages arrive within 8-21 business days after leaving the warehouse. However, estimated delivery times are not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions).

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international locations.

Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details (if applicable). Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any available promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

3. International Shipping & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.

Echo's Secret Shop is not liable for any delays due to customs processing.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

4. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before contacting us.

Note that customers are responsible for tracking their order once it has left our warehouse. Due to the volume of orders, we cannot track each shipment individually. If an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered completed.

Customers must notify us of any delivery issues (such as missing, misdelivered, or incorrect items) within 14 days of the delivery date. After this window, we are unable to assist.

For issues outside of our control, such as lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier directly.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Echo's Secret is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist in filing a claim.

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.

6. Fees (Including Tariff Considerations)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and shipping destination.

We encourage U.S. customers to review current tariff policies when ordering internationally to avoid unexpected fees.
